On the initiative of the Armenian side, a telephone conversation took place between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

“Vladimir Putin and RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed the situation after a number of incidents on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. An agreement has been reached to continue contacts in this regard,” the Kremlin said in a statement.
