The European Union will recognize the coronavirus certificates issued in Armenia and Great Britain, the European Commission said in a statement.

“Today, the European Commission adopted decisions confirming that coronavirus certificates issued in Armenia and in the UK are equivalent to the EU Digital COVID certificate,” the document reads.

It is reported that both countries will be connected to the EU’s system and the COVID certificates they issue “will be accepted in the EU under the same conditions as the EU Digital COVID Certificate”.

Armenia and Great Britain, in their turn, will recognize the EU Digital COVID Certificate.
