According to Part 2 of Article 32 of “The Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” – “In the case of extraordinary elections of the National Assembly, the first session shall be convened after the formation of the newly elected National Assembly on the second Monday at 10:00am, and the Chairperson of the Central Electoral Commission shall announce it.”
