Vahram Arakelyan, First Deputy Minister, will replace me as the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh in the coming weeks. He is authorized to answer all the questions related to the ministry.

I will be on unpaid leave for personal reasons, during which I will have limited access to communication, for which I apologize in advance.
