On 26 March, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Armenia H.E. Mrs. Inga Stanytė-Toločkienė. The RA Ministry of Defense informs.
“During the meeting, issues related to the Armenian-Lithuanian bilateral cooperation in the field of defense were discussed. Further directions of mutually beneficial cooperation were touched upon as well. The parties stressed the need to ensure the dynamic development of cooperation established in 2002.
The interlocutors also discussed a wide range of issues related to the regional security environment, presented their views on the existing threats and expected regional developments,” the statement reads.
