With 81 votes in favor and 15 against, the National Assembly fully adopted in the second reading the package of draft laws on making amendments to the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia” authored by “My Step” deputies.
In Armenia, individuals and legal entities will have the right to apply to the SJC to call a judge to disciplinary responsibility, in specific cases with their participation.
