“I entrusted him to Motherland, but the Motherland lost him: Vazgen Galstyan was a future scientist

Vazgen Galstyan, who died in the Artsakh war, was a future scientist, one of the authors of a methodical manual for solving physics problems. He was drafted into the army on 21 July, 2020, and served in Jrakan (Jabrail).

“He said, ‘Mom, don’t worry, we will be kept in a safe place as recruits,'” his mother, Narine Mailyan says.

“His dream was science, he was a man of science, he loved physics very much, he wanted to be an inventor, and unfortunately the unfortunate war did not allow his dreams to come true. He was in a hurry, I don’t know where he was in a hurry,” his father, Yuri Galstyan says.

“He was wounded and was waiting in the trench, he was waiting for help, but no one arrived,” the mother says.

“He had a motto, ‘the hero and the brave is the one who falls 9 times and rises 10 times.’ He rose very high, we stayed below!” his teacher says.

Vazgen Galstyan was born on 17 April, 2002, and died on 2 October.
