The President of the Artsakh Republic of Arayik Harutyunyan received the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia Andranik Piloyan. Issues related to the cooperation of the relevant circles of the two republics in the prevention and overcoming of emergency situations were discussed.
