The RA Ministry of Justice has issued a denial, which reads:
“The ministry has not received a contract within the framework of any procedure. The information spread in the press is false.”
It should be added that according to the announcement of Mediaport telegram channel, Pashinyan will sign international documents in Moscow, by which he will fix the handing over of the sovereign territories of Armenia to Azerbaijan “by verbal agreement” with Aliyev.
“New concessions are envisaged. According to our source in the Ministry of Justice, the draft agreement to be signed is ready, it was sent to the Ministry of Justice today with a “secret” marking in order to bring the wording in line with the text of the RA Constitution,” the publication reads.
