On 4 January, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed a number of decrees. According to one of them, Masis Mailyan was relieved of the post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic, and by another decree, Davit Babayan was appointed to the same post, resigning from the post of Advisor to the President of the Artsakh Republic. The Office of the President of the Artsakh Republic reported.

“By another decree, Vahram Baghdasaryan was relieved of the post of Minister of Finance of the Artsakh Republic due to transfer to another job, and Grigory Martirosyan was appointed Minister of State, Finance of the Artsakh Republic, resigning from the post of the State Minister,” the statement reads.
