Today, the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Pargev, visited Martuni region. Archbishop Pargev visited Amaras Monastery with the command of the Russian peacekeepers to discuss the security of the monastery. Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan’s Facebook page informs.
“Further, Archbishop Pargev visited St. Vardan Church in Chartar, then St. Nerses the Great in Martuni. The Archbishop met with the head of the Martuni regional administration Ararat Melkumyan,” the notice reads.
