In a conversation with Iravaban.net, Armen Petrosyan, an expert of the “Development Principles” Non-Governmental Organization, presented the legislative changes expected from 1 January, 2021.
One of the possible changes is that from 1 January, Armenians will pay significantly more for their real estate. If, according to the current procedure, real estate with a cadastral value of up to 3 million drams is not taxed, then according to the changes, there will be no more non-taxable real estate.
