By the decision of the judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan Marine Melkonyan, the motion of the body conducting the proceedings on choosing detention as a measure of restraint against Artur Vanetsyan was rejected. Lawyer Lusine Sahakyan reported.
“The court has confirmed that there is no reasonable doubt that Arthur Vanetsyan is related to the actions attributed to him.
Domestic courts are consistently demonstrating their determination to be governed only by law, not to exercise power, not to participate in political persecution,” she said.
