Lyudmila Sargsyan, a member of the Yerevan Council of Elders, spoke at a meeting about the lack of state kindergartens and schools in the newly built districts. According to her, some private companies take advantage of the lack of them, build a private school or kindergarten, which are not available to parents living in the area.

“The monthly price of the kindergarten is 140 thousand drams, the school price is 160 thousand drams, these are unbearable conditions,” Lyudmila Sargsyan said.
