What work is being done to limit the movement of citizens due to the state of emergency?

The Armenian unified infocenter has published a video in which the RA Traffic Police Major Hayk Davtyan details the decision of the Commandant. Accordingly, any vehicle entering and leaving the region must be stopped by a police officer on duty. There should be a movement sheet stating where they are going, at what time and when they will return. The reason for the move must be clearly stated.
