National Assembly deputy Ani Samsonyan wrote on her Facebook page: “An incident took place near the Yerevan Municipality today. The citizen made an attempt of self-immolation. He had three children with him. Police intervened to prevent the attempt and removed them from the area.

I have tried to find out from the RA Police about the situation of a citizen and children. I would like to inform that the citizen was taken to a medical facility and the children were taken by their mother.”
