Attorney Alexander Kochubayev issued a statement saying:

“The Court decided to return to the Plaintiff the Lawsuit in the case against the Women in Black

As I had said earlier, the lawsuit filed by the Victim’s Successors in the March 1 Case against Women in Black has no chance of being prosecuted in the form it was presented..

And so the court ruled to return the lawsuit. In essence, the court recorded that the plaintiffs’ status was indicated as successors, but no grounds were given for their being successors.

In addition, the plaintiffs did not pay the state duty, and the court found that there were no grounds for exemption from the state duty (I think the court also took into account the 30 million AMD received by the successors).

And finally there are a number of procedural violations that if not resolved, the lawsuit will generally be refused.”
