The criminal case on the claim against A.Ter-Minasyan is in the proceeding of The Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Center of Yerevan.

The latter is accused for taking a large bribe when he worked in the position of the Deputy Head of the 4th Section of the General Department of Counter Intelligence Service of the RA NSS.  According to accusation he had reached a preliminary agreement with Robert Chilingaryan on the issue of performing of an obviously illegal inaction in favor of Robert Laishyan and accepted a particularly large bribe from the latter.

Detention was set as the mean of restraint for the defendant.
