The Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori Marz considers the criminal case against Astghik H., who has no previous convictions.
She was accused for illegal operation of a café located at the address 1 Tumanyan str., in Vanadzor city, without state registration, and received income. Namely she had caused to the state a damage of 7,440,000AMD, of which 7.200.000AMD as a fixed payment and 240.000AMD as a sum to be paid to the state budget as social payment.
The mean of restraint for the defendant was cognizance not to leave the place.
