On 19 January, at 23:05, a 911 call center received a call that a dog had fallen into the lake near the Yerevan Kanaker HPP and could not get out on its own.

A rescue squad of the Special Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene.

Rescuers brought the dog out of the lake.
