On 13 June 2009, at 04:00 a.m. Armen S., having preliminary agreement with some “Arman” (nickname “Lis”), entered into the apartment of Nona S. and stole one LG TV set, one white washer machine, one lady’s bag and 5 different types of women’s coats, causing pecuniary damage to Nona S. in amount of 835.700 AMD.

The criminal case was initiated and is currently in the proceedings of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan.

Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
