Today, the government allowed opening a deposit account “Support the protection of Human Rights” in the treasury department of the Ministry of Finance providing services to the Government Staff aimed at obtaining financing resources for the financing agreement.
According to the new decision the amount of 3.7 million EURO cumulated in the deposit account is disposed by government staff without preliminary estimates, of which 1.7 million EURO will be transferred to the United Nations Development Program in support of the electoral process to coordinate and co-finance the expenditures of our country, and 2 million EURO will be used to purchase goods and services needed for the organization of electoral processes.
The project was presented by the Minister-Chief Staff of Government David Harutunyan.
