It is necessary to quickly create a headquarters for the protection of RA citizens’ rights. The headquarters will have a fact-finding mission, will record all legal violations and will start legal proceedings based on concrete facts.
Only those attorneys and lawyers who will be busy elaborating the principles and directions for the activities of the headquarters should be involved with the headquarters.
This is a question of dignity of our state, and we have no right to remain silent. Attorneys and lawyers can make their comments and suggestions in any preferred manner. I am confident that we can find reasonable ways of overcoming this situation…
