Today, the Government having the aim to ensure implementation of Paragraph 4 of the RA Government Decision N 765 of 22 December, 199 and the Agreement N AAG-111-G-13-001 signed between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on 28 September 2013 on “Support to Implementation of Armenia’s Anticorruption Strategy” project (the Project) decided to:
1. Create a Governing Council to ensure implementation of the Agreement and approve its individual composition in accordance with Annex 1
2. Approve the Statute of the Governing Council ensuring theimplementation of the Agreement in accordance with Annex 2
