As we already informed, yesterday, on 04.04.2016 morning by 11:00, the Armenian side had 26 missing, 20 dead and 72 wounded.
In the interview with Iravaban.net, speaking about the return of possible captives and the bodies of victims, Zara Amatuni, the communication programs coordinator of the ICRC Armenian office said that currently dialogues between Azerbaijan, Armenia and the NKR authorities are underway to start their independent mediation.
“I can say that now we are assessing the needs and are in constant dialogue with authorities. And by obtaining the consent of the sides, we can assist in this matter. We are willing and are working on site,” Z. Amatuni said.
