“Armenia cannot completely switch to digital broadcasting because the socially vulnerable families are not provided in the order established by the Government with the corresponding DVB-T2 standard digital television receiver devices,” the official Facebook page of the RA Human Rights defender’s Office informs.
“At the same time, failure to provide such devices will violate one of the fundamental human rights, which is the right to information,” declares the statement.
