The Decision 2335-N of the RA Government (2005), provides for the relations, connected with the compensation of the workers’ business trips and per-diem costs.
The per-diem costs, the costs for overnight stay, both end transportation, expenditures spent for compulsory stay in the hotels and/or similar places, state taxes, fees for licenses, as well as the communication costs related with the business trip (telephone, fax, internet service), the translation and validation of the documents and other costs, etc.
This decision provides the amount of the business trip costs in the RA and NKR, according which the minimum amount is considered to be 5.000 AMD and maximum 15.000 AMD in NKR and 25.000 AMD in Yerevan.
As for the costs for the business trip to foreign countries it should be noted that almost all the countries of the world are on the list. So we introduce only some of them here. The complete list can be found in the Decision 2335-N of the RA Government.
Thus, for example in case of the business trip to Washington 103 USD is provided as per-diem costs and 218 USD for overnight. The fixed costs for travel to Istanbul are 75 USD and 117 USD. The amount for the trip to Rome is set in EUR: 108 EUR as per-diem costs and 143 EUR for the overnight.
