Advocates Lusine Sahakyan and Yervand Varosyan applied to the court against Ara Zorabyan, the President of the RA Advocate Chamber and press spokesman Hayk Hakobyan with the claim to compensate the damages caused to honor, dignity and business reputation.

The advocates demand to post a denial referring to the article in xnews.am, which violated their honor and dignity and to apologize. In addition, as a compensation for moral loss they demanded a symbolic 1 AMD. Advocate Lusine Sahakyan told in the interview with iravaban.net.

“We have submitted a written claim in relation with the ordered materials against me and Yervand Varosyan. Moreover other advocates have also joined the claim b signing it and demand the same. As neither Ara Zorabyan nor the spokesman has corrected their mistake, we try to restore our rights through the court,”- L. Sahakyan said.

Ara Hakobyan and Hayk Hakobyan told itavaban.net that they had not received the copy of the claim and will provide their position after they have received it.
