Today, the juridical session on the case of “Banda” was postponed. The reason was that the accused people were not brought from penitentiary institution. Arshak Vardanyn, the judge of Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts, transferred the investigation of the case to the next Thursday.
Defendant Rafayel Haroyan’s right protector Rafayel Simonyan reminded in the conversation with Iravaban.net that during one of the previous sessions the accused Karen Vardanyan testified that he had realized the burglary attacked on the currency exchange office in Yerrord Mas, but he had not done it with the accused Rafayel Haroyan and Haik Kojoyan, but with the resident of Kirovakan Kyaram’s son Vardan and a person named “Jung” who is arrested.

After this session, Karen Vardanyan’s prosecutor Tamara Baghdasaryan introduced the court a verdict, according to which there is such person who is currently in “Artik” penitentiary. It is Vahan Galstyan.
So the regular session should have been held around these circumstances, Liparit Simonyan introduced solicitation to invite that person to court and interrogate.
