According to Article 124, Part 12 of the RA Code of Administrative Violations:
“In case of the violation of parking rules, the driver is imposed a fine in the amount of five times the minimum wage, if the necessity of parking is not caused by the technical condition of the vehicle or health condition of the driver or the passenger.”
That is, in all the cases when parking is caused by the technical condition of the vehicle or health condition of the driver or the passenger, you have the right of parking violating the established rules.
