49-year-old Armen Danielyan is accused of forging notes. The case was sent to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts, presided by judge Gagik Poghosyan.
According to the indictment, Armen Danielyan was the chief commissioner of OID Section 1 of the State Revenue Committee adjacent to the Government and committed official forgery by forging notes while drawing up the record of 30 March 2012, having the intention to make the requirements of the RA SRC Chairman’s instruction of 6 March 2012, as well as compliance with those, legal.
Cognizance not to leave was chosen as a measure of restraint.
