Today, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, presiding Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, ruled such decision.
Sohghomon Kocharyan was absent due to his health condition. Advocate Grisha Balasanyan was representing his rights. The lawyer filed a motion to release him because he is suffering from a serious illness. The prosecutor and the representatives of penitentiary service did not object. The Judge granted the motion.
