According to Article 27 of the “RA Law on Registration of the Legal Entities, Separate Subdivisions of Legal Entities, Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs” the individual entrepreneur shall submit to the agency the following documents:
1) Application.
2) Passport (The passport is returned after identification of the person)
3) Document certifying the payment of the state fee.
The Application is considered duly filled in when the applicant provides the necessary information for filling in the application to the corresponding employee of the agency and signs the application prepared by the agency employee on paper or through electronic signature.
