The Licensing Agency of the RA Ministry of Finance provide licenses in compliance with the RA Law on Licensing
Licenses for conducting activities of gambling houses, casinos and lotteries, as well as audit services are issued through compound licensing procedure.
Licenses with compound licensing procedure are provided on the basis of the licensing committee’s report, within 23 working days after submission of license application.
Licenses with simple procedure are required for organizing Internet gambling, wine, fruit brandy and beer production, fireworks production, import or trade, veterinary examination, etc.
Licenses with simple procedure are provided without the licensing committee’s report within 16 working hours after the submission of all the required documents.
