On 9 October, on the decision of the Board of the RA Chamber of Advocates, a disciplinary sanction severe reprimand was applied against Advocates Yervand Varosyan and Tigran Khurshudyan. “It is a univocally illegal and groundless decision,” Mr. Varosyan said and added that his representatives shall appeal the decision in court as soon as they receive it.
Notably, in case of a disciplinary sanction the advocates must participate in deontology (professional ethics) course on their own account.
