According to the RA Law on making Amendments to the “RA Law on Use of Cash Control Machines” (HO-224-N of 17.12.2014), the deadline for introduction of the cash control machines of the new generation is 1 January 2016.
The Governmental Draft indicates that 4000 CCMs have been imported and currently are stored in the customs warehouse. According to the Government Draft a sum of 196.000.000 AMD is necessary for customs payment of such lot. Considering the fact that the “Office for Introduction of Cash Control Machines” SNCO possesses 66.000.000 AMD, the required additional amount for customs payments is 130.000.000 million AMD.
Therefore, at tomorrow’s session of the Government the RA Minister of Finance shall present this draft and ask to allocate to the Office for Introduction of Cash Control Machines” SNCO, a sum of 130.000.000 AMD in the 3rd quarter of 2015 from the Government’s reserve funds provided in the State Budget of the RA for 2015 to cover the costs for custom clearances.
