There is a need to increase the number of judges in the Courts of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative regions and Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative regions of Yerevan City. This is indicated in the draft decision of the government, which the RA Minister of Justice Arpine Harutyunyan will introduce at tomorrow’s session of the government.
The draft clarifies the circumstances and brings the reasons for the need to increase the number of judges due to the results of the survey conducted in the courts. The survey considered the number of judges in the mentioned courts and the number of caseload of each judge and based on this data explains the necessity of the increase.
