A few minutes ago clashes emerged between the police and the political and civil activists of the “No” Movement who are against the Constitutional changes. The clashes began when the police tried to tear down the large poster “No” posted on the NA gates.
Some people were arrested. The police forces tried to arrest MP Aram Manukyan, but he was taken out of the police car just at the last moment.
Aram Manukyan and another MP from ANC Levon Zurabyan are talking to the people on the loudspeaker. The latter said that the voting started at the NA session and they will joint the people after the vote.
