Today at the session of the RA Central Electoral Committee the Committee, based on the protocol of the President of the RA National Assembly on early termination of powers of deputy Arpine Hovhannisyan, the CEC drew up a protocol on giving the mandate to Karen Bekaryan, the next candidate in the electoral list of the Republican Party of Armenia.
