The court hearing on Hayk Kyurghyan’s case was resumed though a rather long time passed after the announced 5 minutes break. Despite the fact that the door of the courtroom was open and it was noisy, yet Judge Armen Bektashyan tried to continue the session.
It was impossible to close the door of the rather small courtroom, as Hayk Kyureghyan’s supporters who had gathered near the door demanded to provide a larger courtroom and provide opportunity for them to be present.
The judge ordere to shut the door and invited the injured party in the case Kristine Sardaryan. But it was impossible to hear the injured party’s and the hudge’s voice because of the noise. The police bailiffs tried to push away the people gathered there and close the door.
Unrest is going on in the courtroom as well. One of the citizens there addressed the judge saying “you”. Judge Armen Bektashyan applied sanction against that person. Prior to this Shant Harutyunyan’s son Shahen Harutyunyan and his mother were turned out from the courtroom. The session was postponed till 15:00.
