As we have already informed the Constitutional Court publicized its decision on the constitutionality of some provisions of the RA law on Accumulative Pensions. Currently only the concluding part of the decision in Armenian language is available.
In the interview with Iravaban.net, MP from ARF Dashnaktsutyun Artsvik Minasyan who had applied to the Constitutional Court with this case said that the decision is still vague it is too early to express a position on it.
“I cannot say anything unless the complete text of the decision is available. There are references to the legal positions of the court in the concluding part,” – Artsvik Minasyan said.
