The members of the “Return to Kashatagh” non-governmental organization, the displaced residents of Kashatagh, today, on 9 July, held a protest action in front of the government building.
The demand of the rally is to provide compensation to the displaced people of Kashatagh in order to buy apartments.
“We are from Gyumri by birth, we have returned to Gyumri, now we live in a rented house, we hope the government will provide us with an apartment,” the head of the Kumayri community, the chairman of the “Kumayri” Non-Governmental Organizations of Artsakh Armenianssaid.
He mentioned that whoever went to Kashatagh from where, now they want an apartment in their former settlements.
They wrote a letter to the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
