At the 30 July sitting of the government, a decision was made to relieve Romanos Petrosyan from the post Kotayk region governor.

Suren Papikyan, the RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure presented the issue to the members of the executive.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned that he had made a decision to appoint Romanos Petrosyan to the position of the Minister of Environment, about which he would send a corresponding petition to the President.
