The court granted the investigator’s motion to select arrest as measure of restraint for the 27-year-old man accused of killing a 16-year-old girl. Naira Harutyunyan, spokeswoman for the Investigative Committee, reports.
Notably, on 5 January, at 23:10, the Central Police Department received a report that a young girl’s body was found in one of the apartments at 15 Sayat-Nova Avenue in Yerevan. The investigative teams, which arrived by alarm, found that there was evidence of violence on the neck of the 16-year-old girl living in the apartment on a rented basis.
