Let us recall that “changes made to the RA Law ‘On Public Service’ in 2022 established the legal regulation of gift registration and submission, including the legal basis for creating a gift registration registry. However, in the two-year period after the adoption of legislative changes, the Anti-Corruption Committee has not ensured the implementation of an institutional registry. Creating a simple electronic table and placing it on an online platform cannot be considered proper implementation of the gift registration registry provided by law.

Now the Anti-Corruption Committee has presented the published data in the form of a Google Doc.”
