Each Judge has about 1500 Cases in Proceeding and the Reason is the inefficient State Governing

“The courts are overloaded and the reason of this is the inefficient system of the state governing”, reported Advocate Ara Ghazaryan in the interview with Iravaban.net. He said that in a year one judge has about 1500 civil and administrative cases in his proceedings: “It does not matter the lawsuit concerns 20 or 21 million AMD the examination is implemented with the same procedure, in the same terms and the same work is done.”
According to Ara Ghazaryan, the implementation of the institution of the arbitration in October will not help to relieve the overloaded courts because the issue is connected with the inefficient state governing.
“The Executive Body hurries to impose a penalty on the citizens for misdemeanor or even for not misdemeanors (for instance, the wheel of the car is insignificantly on the line). The courts are full of such cases. If the administration is implemented in such an inefficient way then the courts are filled with such cases, they cannot admit so many cases and the trials are postponed,” said the Advocate.
He says that the survey has been conducted recently and it has been found out that the administrative court examines for about 400.000 cases at this moment.
