The Road Police informs that on 9 July 2015, the six months period provided by the RA Law on Making Changes and Amendments to the RA Law on Fundamentals of Administrative Action and Administrative Proceedings adopted by the National Assembly of the RA on 17 December 2014.
The persons subjected to administrative liability for the violation of traffic rules till 9 January 2015, are released from paying the increased amount of the fine (in triple or quintuple size) and the obligation of paying the costs of enforcement actions provided under Article 67 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts”, if they pay the amount due in the mentioned period.
The Traffic Police once and again reminds the drivers that in case of non-payment of the amount of the fine in the mentioned period they will face the obligation to pay the increased amount of the fine and the sum for performing the enforcement services.
