Which are the Written Evidences?

Written evidence shall be the acts, contracts, statements of information, business correspondence, other documents and materials — containing information on the circumstances essential for the case – including evidence obtained electronically or through other means of communication or by other means giving opportunity to confirm the authenticity of the document.

Written documents shall be submitted in the form of the original copy or appropriately certified copy. If only one part of the document relates to the case under examination, the appropriately certified excerpt therefrom shall be submitted.

Original copies of the documents shall be submitted where the circumstances of the case may, in accordance with laws or other legal acts, be confirmed only through such documents and, if necessary, upon the request of the court.
