Unauthorized constructions may be considered legal by the community heads, and in case if they are located out of the territory of the community by marz governors in the order provided by the Government.
Unauthorized constructions may be considered legal only upon the application of the person who owns the land plot where the unauthorized construction is located.
In case where the unauthorized construction is built or rebuilt in the land plot of state or community ownership, it is recognized a state or municipal ownership.
