The representatives of the victims of the Avetisyan family murder case have not received the results of the comprehensive expertise yet.
“New expertise, which we have received, provides some information, but it is not very easy for presenting to the society, for example, only one circumstance would be easy to understand from forensic investigation, that there was not any deafening tool, but the other questions that we will present, for example if they give the whole furniture and experts examine the holes, I think this kind of things will not interest the society”, the representative of the heir of the victims of the case, lawyer Yerem Sargsyan mentioned.
The lawyer also said that the technical issues are already done as he had been informed: “I want to say that the expertise process ended in the apartment, the rest is the result of terminal expertise, several organizations work together, and I cannot say when exactly it will be.”
Mr. Sargsyan informed that the legal perspective of the case should be decided after the ending of the case both in the Russian and Armenian sides, if the proofs are satisfying. “In that case, eventually, the case investigated by the Russian Federation Law Authorities should join the Armenian side or vice versa. This will be the basic option.”
